It's a boy! At 7:39 p.m., the Lord brought Asher Justin McGuire into the world! He weighs 8 lbs. 7 ozs and he and his mother are both doing great! Soli Deo Gloria!
Asher means "blessed and happy" in Hebrew. He obviously got his middle name from his Daddy. Bless his heart, the poor thing looks like his Daddy, too!

Congratulations Justin and Missy! I love the name Asher! We are happy for you guys and glad that everyone is doing well.
What a blessing God has bestowed on your family and those that love and support you. I can't wait to meet him. Asher McGuire is so lucky to be born into a Christian Family where he can come to know the Lord very early in his life.
